How To Improve The Quality Of LED High Bay Lights?

Due to the calorific value of LED high bay lights, its quality is very limited. Because high temperature will accelerate chip aging, light decay, color shift, and shorten the life of LED high bay lights. In order to deal with this problem, it is necessary to pay attention to heat dissipation and increase the luminous efficiency of LED high bay lights. At present, the quality of LED high bay lights can be improved according to the following methods.

1. Adopt a modular approach to prepare high-power LED lamps. The light source, heat dissipation, shape structure, etc. are packaged into a whole module, and the modules are independent of each other. Any module can be replaced separately. When a part fails, only the faulty module needs to be replaced. Replace the entire lamp.

2. Enhance the thermal conductivity of the chip and reduce the thermal resistance interface layer, which usually involves the structural mode of the thermal management system, fluid mechanics, and engineering applications of super thermal conductivity materials.

3. Through the “chip-heat dissipation integration” mode, not only can the aluminum substrate structure be removed, but also multiple chips can be concentrated on the heat sink to form a multi-chip module single light source to make a high-power LED lamp.
